All transactions on dew138 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Any deposits made in a foreign currency will be converted to IDR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction, and currency conversion fees may apply.
You may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in Your own name. Third-party deposits (funds deposited from an account belonging to someone other than the registered User) are strictly prohibited. If dew138 detects a third-party deposit, the funds will be returned to the source, and Your account may be suspended pending investigation.
You may request a withdrawal of Your account balance at any time, subject to the completion of any applicable wagering requirements and verification procedures. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000.
Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours for verified accounts. First-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding Rp 10.000.000 may require additional verification and may take up to 72 hours to process. Withdrawals requested on public holidays or outside banking hours will be processed on the next business day.
dew138 does not charge withdrawal fees for standard transactions. However, Your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own fees, which are beyond our control.

Sports betting markets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA for international football, BRI Liga 1 for domestic Indonesian football). If an event is postponed or abandoned, bets will be voided unless otherwise stated in the specific sport rules. Live betting (in-play betting) is subject to fluctuating odds and availability.

Our total liability to You for any claim arising from these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the total amount You have deposited into Your dew138 Account in the six (6) months preceding the claim.
